Here are some video clips of the Intravee in action. The head unit being used is from a 2001 E46 3 series. The deck is an Alpine CHA-S634 and the protocol converter is of course Intravee II.
This is a clip showing the 5 modes, cycled thru with the SCAN key. The fifth mode is a pause function which is turned on and off with the RND key.

This clip shows the file search function - that is, scanning for a file in the current folder by name, while the current track still plays, then finally selecting the new file to play when the desired file is found.

This clip show folder scan. In this mode, folders are selected in turn and the first track from the folder plays immediately.

This clip shows folder number scan. In this mode, folders can be called up by number.

Finally, the last clip shows fast track scan accessed by track number (within the current folder). Note that the user can press the previous and next track keys as quickly as they like and even if the display does not keep up, they are buffered so that no key presses are lost, thus allowing fast access to folders with many tracks.

I hope we will be able to show clips of the Nav Screen in use with the Intravee soon.
